Before you train a single session at RECLAIM, we assess you. Not just a quick chat. A proper assessment covering your movement quality, body composition, and neurotype.

Your neurotype tells us how your nervous system is wired. How you recover. What training stimuli your body responds to best. What environment will keep you engaged and progressing.

No two clients at RECLAIM are on the same programme. Because no two bodies are the same.

Even in a group session, your programme is personal

In our group training model, every session runs three training lanes simultaneously. Each lane is built for a different neurotype. You train in the lane matched to your assessment.

One coach. One room. Three groups. Different stimuli. Same outcomes. And your programme is on your personal app, so you always know exactly what you are doing and why.

Quarterly body composition scans. A longevity assessment twice a year. A one-to-one review call every six months. Strength testing for those who want it.

What is a neurotype assessment and how does it work?

A neurotype assessment is a questionnaire that tells us how your nervous system is wired. It identifies how you recover from training, what kind of stimuli your body responds to best, and what environment keeps you consistent. What happens in the first session?

Your first visit to RECLAIM is an assessment, not a training session. We run a movement screen to look at how you move, a body composition test to establish your baseline, and a goals session with a coach where we talk through what you want to achieve. From there we build your programme and get you started.

How long before I get my programme after signing up?

Most clients have their programme and are training within the same week they sign up. The assessment and programme build typically happen within your first visit or two.

What does the ongoing accountability system look like?

In your first 12 weeks, you receive a personal check-in every single week from our team. If you miss a session, we reach out that week. At the six-month mark you have a one-to-one review call with your coach. Every quarter you get a full body composition scan. Twice a year you complete a longevity assessment. The system is designed to keep you progressing long after the initial motivation wears off.

Can I switch between programmes if my goals change?

Yes. Your programme evolves as you do. If your goals change or your circumstances change, we reassess and rebuild. The neurotype assessment is a foundation, not a fixed path. Your coach reviews your progress regularly and adjusts the programme accordingly.
