How it Works
1. Schedule an Initial Discovery Session
During the first session, we learn about your goals (fat loss, muscle gain, mobility, etc.) and connect you to the perfect program.
2. Attend Trial Classes
Join the class catered to your specific goal and test out the programming, environment, and culture.
3. Sign Up for More Classes
If you have enjoyed the trial classes and want to continue on, it’s easy to continue on with the classes!
