At Reclaim, we empower kids aged 8 to Senior High to build strength, coordination, and confidence through structured, age-appropriate fitness training. Our expert-led sessions support physical development and set the groundwork for healthy habits that last a lifetime.

We believe in more than just “burning energy.” Reclaim’s youth program is designed to develop movement quality, physical strength, and resilience, whether your child is just starting out or training for sport.

Our split-age approach ensures each child gets the right support and challenge:

Ages 8–12: Fitness Foundations

  • Focus: Safe movement, strength basics, coordination, and confidence
  • Format: Group classes (45 minutes)
  • Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:15pm
  • Emphasis: Learning while having fun in a supportive environment

Senior High: Sport Performance & Strength

  • Focus: Strength training, athletic development, sport-specific drills
  • Format: Group classes (45 minutes)
  • Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:30pm
  • Emphasis: Progression in strength, movement quality, and sports readiness

Private 1:1 Coaching Available

  • Tailored support for youth athletes who need extra focus or custom goals.

Unlike generic youth programs, our sessions are designed with built-in progressions. There’s no intimidating onboarding; we meet each child where they’re at and guide them forward step-by-step.

We track improvements through strength gains, technique, and visible confidence. Whether they’re building lifelong health habits or training for competitive sport, your child will grow stronger in and out of the gym.
