Metabolic Efficiency Class
Busy? Need a class that can get a lot done in a short amount of time or maybe you want to add to your current strength and training program?
Our M.E. Class or Metabolic Efficiency is perfect.
We combine kettlebells, suspension trainers, battle ropes, sleds, bikes, rowers, and your bodyweight for the perfect combination of strength and conditioning in only 30 minutes. This is a great standalone class or add on to our current strength and conditioning classes.
Tired of doing the same old thing over and over? Looking to be challenged while learning some new things?
Our Olympic Lifting class is scaled from complete beginner to seasoned lifter. We program each workout to meet the needs of all skill levels.
This class can teach a beginner the skills needed for the snatch and clean and jerk or give a trained eye to those already doing these lifts and in need of some good coaching and programming to support their skill.
Not a group person, or need the attention of a coach without other distractions?
We offer personal coaching for those looking to work one on one with a coach. This allows you to receive specialized training and coaching for your goals.
