1. Schedule an Initial Discovery Session

During the first session, we learn about your goals (fat loss, muscle gain, mobility, etc.) and connect you to the perfect program.


2. Attend Trial Classes

Join the class catered to your specific goal and test out the programming, environment, and culture.

3. Sign Up for More Classes

If you have enjoyed the trial classes and want to continue on, it’s easy to continue on with the classes!

Awakening (introduction + audit of health) Class

Where it all begins! How do you know if you move well? How do you know if you are eating correctly? What does it mean to be healthy? 

Perfect for: Everyone to get a snapshot of their current health

Functions (Start Moving) class

Our functions class is focused on building a solid platform through learning and practicing functional movements that your body utilizes on a daily basis. 

Perfect for: Beginners

Wellness (Core Flagship) Class

We offer individualized programming in a group workout. With our (+, -) programming, we can help you optimize strength and lean mass or decrease body fat. 

Perfect for: Intermediate, Advanced

Specialty Classes

Want to take your training to the next level, learn some new skills, or compete?  Consider joining our Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, or personal coaching.

Sports Performance class

A class focused on specifically helping student athletes at their sport. If you are an athlete that wants to take your athleticism to the next level with custom programming from a certified expert, then the Sports Performance class may be perfect for you.

Personal Training (1-on-1)

A customized, 1-on-1 approach to training that puts your goals in the forefront. We will create a custom workout tailored to your needs, adjustments to work around problem areas or aches/pains, and a professional, certified coach to keep you accountable and seeing results along the way.

Nutrition Coaching (Eating for Excellence)

With our Eating for Excellence program, a certified nutrition expert outlines the foods you will need to eat to reach your goals. If you feel confused or unsure of what foods you need to eat to reach your goals and/or need someone to help keep you accountable, our Eating for Excellence program may be perfect for you.

Online Learning (

With so much to learn in the fitness / health area, we have launched a platform to help educate everyone: There is a ton of free content available there so be sure to check it out if you want to learn about different aspects of health!
