- What originally brought you to Reclaim?
Wanted to ultimately get back in shape after having two kiddos, regain confidence in my overall appearance
- How was life before Reclaim (elaborate on poor health, lack of confidence, pain, or other)?
Prior to joining reclaim my confidence was low, I had always been an athlete and felt like after having kids I let myself go thinking I needed to focus on being a mom. My eating habits were poor, my sleep was suffering and as a result my overall health was too!
- How has life been since you have joined Reclaim? (speak on what you have accomplished and potentially no longer struggle with)?
I’ve gained a lot of confidence and I’ve learned so much. I realize now that focusing on me and my health for the longevity of my life is also focusing on my kids. I can’t be the best mom for them without being the best version of me! And while still learning every day and often still struggle with eating, I am in a much better place nutrition wise than I was when I started over 3 years ago and that’s helping to set an example for my family too.
- What is your favorite thing about Reclaim?
All of it – the coaches, the whole-balance programming driving behavioral changes, and the community! Everyone is at a different stage of life and the inspiration of that diversity is amazing.
- What would you say to someone who is considering joining Reclaim?
Get started, you won’t regret it! I was so intimidated walking in the doors, but back to what is my favorite thing about Reclaim…the coaches and programming. The onboarding here is superb, there really is no reason to be intimidated…everyone wants to see you progress!
