One coach. One client. Fully personalised programming, direct support every session, and the highest level of accountability we offer.

Semi-private coaching

Personal programming delivered in a small group setting. The structure and guidance of personal coaching at a slightly lower investment.

Group training

Coach-led group sessions with three tailored training lanes based on neurotype. Personalised without the 1-to-1 price tag.

Your programme is built around how your body is wired

Most fitness programmes are written once and handed to everyone. They might be modified slightly if you have an injury or cannot lift heavy. But the foundation is the same.

At RECLAIM we do it differently. We assess your neurotype. That tells us how your nervous system recovers, what kind of training stimuli you respond to best, and what environment will keep you consistent.

Then we build your programme around that. Not adjusted. Built from scratch.

Here is what happens when you start

Book a call. We learn about your goals and what has not worked before.
Get assessed. We run a movement screen, body composition test, and neurotype assessment.

Start training. With a plan built for you and a coach in the room every session.
