We start with a call to understand your goals, your history, and what you are working with.
You come in for an assessment. Movement screen, body composition test, neurotype assessment.
We build your programme. Strength and movement training designed for your body and your age.
You train with a coach every session in a calm, focused environment.
For the first 12 weeks you get a weekly check-in. Six months in, a one-to-one review call. Every quarter, a progress scan. Twice a year, a longevity assessment.
And if you ever miss a session, we reach out. Every time.
