How much does personal coaching cost?

Personal coaching is our highest-investment programme. We will discuss pricing on your free call based on your goals and the number of sessions per week that makes sense for you. Our clients typically invest between $200 and $400 per month across our programmes depending on their level of support.

How often do I train with a personal coach?

This depends on your goals and schedule. Most personal coaching clients train two to three times per week. We discuss the right frequency on your initial call and factor it into the programme we build for you.

What is neurotype training and why does it matter?

Your neurotype tells us how your nervous system is wired. It determines how you recover from training, what stimuli your body responds to best, and what environment keeps you consistent and engaged. When your programme is built around your neurotype, you stop fighting your own biology. You progress faster, recover better, and stay consistent longer.

Is personal coaching only for people who are already fit?

No. Personal coaching is for people who want the highest level of guidance, regardless of starting point. Many of our personal coaching clients are beginners who want to do things right from day one. Others are returning after injury or a long break. The programme is built around where you are, not where someone else thinks you should be.

What happens if I need to miss a session?

We follow up. Every time. Missing a session does not mean falling off the programme. Your coach will reach out and help you get back on track. In your first 12 weeks you also receive a weekly check-in from our team regardless of whether you miss a session.
